Thünen Cottage - Youth Meeting Hall

At the Youth Meeting Hall "Thünen Cottage" are on offer continous events with children. There are a lot of offers for field days, school projects and holiday organisations.

There are interesting spare time organisations, considering the requests and likings of the kids. We have about 48 offers ot choose. Most favored are to work with clay, soapstone ore natural material at the surroundings of Tellow, charabanc tours, night walkings with bonfire and "sausage on the birch" and treasure-hunts.

Traditionell Mecklenburg receips for baking and cooking, Mecklenburgical customs and the work with garden or wild herbals take centre stage of the interest.

A special event is an adventurous overnight stay in the straw.  Where else the kids can taste  how to sleep in the straw in the past?

Of course the guests get healthy home-style cooking and we use fruits and vegetables from the Tellow Farmer Garden.
